Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £24,000 Basic Salary Dependent on experience. OTE Year 1 £35,000 - £45,000

My client is looking for ambitious, entry level candidates to work across their sales team in a variety of business-to-business sales roles. Having experienced year on year growth since their formation in 2012, my client are looking to rapidly expand by bringing in entry level candidates who have the ability and the aptitude to progress within the role and develop within the company.
Having capitalised on emerging markets my client is looking to diversify their portfolio of products by expanding into new areas within a variety of niche markets within the Technology, IT, Finance and Pharmaceutical markets. These opportunities mean that successful applicants have the opportunity to work within these emerging sectors within the company's divisions so can learn from hands on directors and be rewarded with real business responsibility from very early on within your career.
The training programme to help new sales executives consists of a variety of different components to ensure that executives can manage the full 360 process of the sales cycle:
·Business development aspects such as client sourcing and arranging client meetings.
·Client relationship management training.
·Learning market research tools so you can integrate fully with your market.
·Account management training.
·Negotiation development techniques and sales training.
