My client are an expanding company with tremendous growth potential and ambitious plans to increase turnover. This has led to the necessity for the company to adapt considerably as new processes are introduced and the culture is changed from small to medium sized enterprise. They are in the market for a Finance & Admin Administrator to join them at their Southampton headquarters. This is a role for an opened individual with a great attitude and work ethics who is happy to be in a growing company that allows idea autonomy within the work environment.

The candidate for this position will have prior experience in the following:

* Keeping Sage updated with the latest information
* Processing Sales invoices and applications
* Processing VAT Returns
* Performing Bank reconciliations
* Purchase order processing including the administration of the KANBAN system and hose purchases.
* To support the Finance/Administration Manager with the running of the Finance/Accounts function and make entries into the Sage system as directed.
* To play a role and support in the general administrative activities of the department IE. Hotel bookings hiring of plant/equipment, company vehicle administration and any other associated administrative task.
