* Prepare invoices using computerised accounts system* To accurately produce on average between 60-80 invoices per day for insurance and fleet customers* Ensure correct authorisation has been received from the insurance or fleet customer* Liaise with Nationwide bodyshops to ensure the correct procedures have been followed regarding estimating discounts, rates, excess and VAT contributions* Obtain the relevant back up documentation prior to invoicing* Check the customer’s profiles base to ensure invoices are raised and invoiced as per the customer’s instructions* Work with estimating and electronic payments systems for submission of final invoice* Prepare invoices for posting* Work on own initiative and as part of a busy team
