Badenoch & Clark are currently partnering a progressive company based in Redhill in aid of appointing an Accounts Administrator. With an excellent remuneration package including a pension scheme, private healthcare, and up to a 10% bonus, this is an exciting opportunity for someone with an administrative background to undertake new finance responsibilities.
Key Accountabilities:
*Maintaining cash book and weekly bank reconciliations
*Updating purchase order system
*Entering invoices into the purchase ledger system
*Reconciliation of supplier statements to the finance system
*Preparation of supplier payment run
*Reconciliation and maintenance of the fixed asset register
*Assisting Payroll with timesheets and invoicing
*Assisting with reconciling customer information
*Administration of the online portal
*Assisting Credit Control with client administration and credit checking
*Petty cash
*Preparing other ad hoc reports as needed
*Assisting in any other Finance projects as required

Essentials:
*Demonstrable prior experience within an admin function (not necessarily finance)
*Strong attention to detail & a key eye for accuracy
*Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)
*Diligent, pro-active and meticulous
*Recruitment experience desirable but not essential
