I am currently working in partnership with leading professional services firm who have a global presence and a respected brand. They have won numerous awards for being both an excellent service provider and a top employer. As a result of growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their high performing team.

You will take responsibility for the ledger of a single office and will assist individual partners in the timely collection of debt. You will manage cash effectively by maximising collections, arranging refunds and transferring/reallocating cash. You will build relationships with both internal and external clients in order to aid the settlement of outstanding payments and will hold regular meetings with Partners to discuss any actions that need to be taken. There will be occasional requirements to travel including overnight stays.

It is essential that you have prior Credit Control experience within a professional services environment. You will be a confident and outgoing character who is comfortable interacting with Partners. You will be able to work with initiative and will be trusted to manage your own diary effectively. You will be an articulate communicator and will demonstrate professionalism both over the phone and in emails.
