We are recruiting for a Project Coordinator who has experience within architecture or Engineering. The role also requires someone who can speak business level French.

Document Control

* Download & upload electronic documents & drawings on varying extranet sites
* Administer received electronic documents - project emails & attachments and downloaded documents
* Collate and issue received documents & drawings to internal project teams as directed
* Administer document & drawing issue sheet
* Issue documents & drawings by agreed method and in accordance with project & practice QA protocols - email, upload to extranet, file transfer or hard copy by post
* File and publish outgoing documents and drawings in accordance with project & practice QA protocols
* Assisting in contract management, generating, formatting, issuing information & tracking.
* Assisting in generating, issuing & tracking of project invoices.
* Liaising with external & internal project team, consultants, contractors & clients on a daily basis
* Producing and maintaining drawing/document issue and received sheets
* Providing admin support to co-ordinate contractual and legal obligations on projects

Project Coordination

* Working with the Associates, to ensure that their projects are administered in accordance with company protocols
* Looking after assigned Associates, acting as their PA
* Check and review & manage project mailboxes in accordance with practice protocols
* Printing / copying / binding for project team document issues
* Responding to changing project requirements and initiating changes to in-house and external procedures as required and in agreement with others
* Creating and maintaining project handbooks in accordance with company protocols
* Attending project 'start the week' meetings
