About the Role

Emmanuel Church Nursery School is a well-established pre-school offering the highest standards of care and play opportunities to children aged 2 to 5 years of age.

Our ethos is to nurture and establish our children’s love for learning and exploration by providing the best possible experiences and opportunities both indoors and outdoors.

We are looking for a Deputy Manager to work alongside the current manager to plan and develop the best quality early years provision for the children in our care.

This is an opportunity to work within a small organisation to really make a difference to the lives of children and their families.

Working as part of the Emmanuel Church Nursery School team, you will deliver high-quality play and learning opportunities through a wide range of activities including a weekly Forest School session. You should be able to communicate effectively and appropriately with young children and their parents and carers and have working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Additional Information

With a minimum of a level 3 full and relevant Early Years or Childcare qualification, you will have experience of meeting the requirements of Early Years Foundation Stage and value your own continued professional development.
