This global real estate consultancy has a stable marketing and business development function which is well established and well-resourced.
In this Bid Manager role you will work in a growing team and be responsible for project managing bids end-to-end across the business including writing and editing content, playing an advisory role to the business and running dress rehearsals. You will also be involved in improving bid best practice and working on bid libraries.
You will have bid and proposal management experience gained within professional services (ideally real estate or construction/civil engineering). You will have excellent written skills and the confidence to influence and persuade senior stakeholders.
