As they continue their substantial growth this is a fantastic time to join the sales team as a Business Development Manager.

THE JOB:
The Business Development Manager will work within the existing sales team working with Academic and NGO non profit sectors.
Customers need help with the development of procurement strategies, travel policies, travel workflow and approval processes, along with duty of care and maintaining compliance to funding and governance rules. This role is a dynamic and challenging job.

You will build direct relationships and network with organisations to qualify, develop and convert opportunities. This is role is ideal for candidates who enjoy consultative selling, have great communication skills, are achievement orientated and you can expect recognition and performance rewards for exceeding targets where the OTE scheme is uncapped !

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*The ideal candidate us success-driven, fast-paced and works well in a diverse team which enjoys a dynamic and changing environment.
*Proven experience in a travel sales / business travel environment
*A great networker with strong communications skills
*Posses the ability to talk to people at all levels
*Commercially aware with good numerical skills
*Consultative in understanding customer needs and identifying problem statements
*Confident and tenacious, patient and persuasive.

THE PACKAGE:
The starting salary for the Business Development Manager is circa £ 45,000 with an uncapped OTE and excellent company benefits.
