Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced Auction Specialist to join a rapidly expanding auction team based in Newcastle upon Tyne.
The ideal candidate will have a background within direct sales and some property experience however not essential.
Candidates will be required to provide excellent customer service and delivery of a completely managed auction solutions (Sales), you will be assigned to a network of branches and will need to consistently deliver sales and complete satisfaction..
- Supporting assigned agents in all auction requirements.
- To drive and push assigned agents to offer auction at every opportunity providing effective communication to all parties at all times.
- To achieve sales results in line with your individual and team targets.
- To develop your assigned network of branch staff to deliver at their highest level.
- To build strong and effective relationships with all parties.
- To fully utilise the task system to exceed minimum service standards.
- To present yourself and the company in the best possible way be that on the phone, via written communication or in person to our partner agents their clients and all other associated persons relating to your role
- To effectively manage your time to enable you to achieve and excel the service as detailed in this job description
