About this Role:

We are looking to recruit a site based administrator to work on a live construction project.  The project itself is a civil engineering scheme working on a highways job.

You will be working alongside an established site team including the Project manager and quantity surveyor

You will be required to carry out general site administration including recording goods received on site, placing orders for materials, completing allocation sheets, filing, dealing with plant returns, timesheets and general administration. Therefore, you will be IT literate and able to use word, Microsoft office, Excel and have good communication skills. Due to the location of the site you will have to have your own vehicle because there are no public transport links. Potential for flexible working hours.

About the Company/Client/Project:

The company are a privately owned civil engineering contractor working predominantly in the highways and infrastructure sectors.

Requirements including certificates and qualifications:

You will have previous site based experience and ideally hold a CSCS card. Competent in Word, Microsoft office and Excel and good written and spoken communication skills.  Must also have access to your own vehicle due to the site location.
