Our client is a global leader in business information / data solutions and media industry.
The Customer Success Manager will be working as part of our award-winning sales team; you will maintain and develop customer usage to a high standard via various training methods including, on-boarding calls, telephone and face to face training.
- Ensure that product and market knowledge is of a high standard to enable delivery that meets customers’ needs effectively.
- Utilizes telephone meetings and training tools to give excellent customer service and to enable upsell opportunities.
- Provide effective training and support to customers.
- Support the sales team in identifying customers needing support or assistance
Key skills required
- You’ll have demonstrable customer success / account management experience, ideally within a business to business (B2B) environment.
- If you have experience working within a matrix environment that would be beneficial.
- If you have proven support experience.
Salary and Benefits
£30k - £48k plus 25% Bonus, 37 days A/L, great company benefits and regular incentives.
