Your new role
As Locality Manager, you will report into the Area Manager and will be coordinate and manage services for people needing care in Hillingdon. You will manage a team of Care and Support Workers, carry out client assessments, work with partners and roster visits for your locality. You will manage service delivery in the locality, ensuring the delivery of a high quality service.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience working in frontline Social Care and will be confident in supervising staff and dealing with clients. You will also have experience of managing a rota and rostering visits effectively and efficiently. You will either have, or be willing to gain an NVQ Level 3. You must have a valid UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle to be considered for this role.
