It’s an exciting time for our growing sales team and you’ll play a key role in helping more people around the UK enjoy the benefits of our revolutionary Virgin Pure WaterBars.
Day to day you’ll get stuck into converting our flow of inbound calls to sales as well as developing a sales pipeline through outbound calling. As part of the wider sales and marketing team you will help make sure all our customers’ orders are scheduled for installation smoothly and our customers’ expectations are constantly surpassed (as you’d expect from a Virgin company).
You’ll also use your personality and natural charisma to help with our 'save’ efforts making sure as many customers as possible who have decided to cancel their Virgin Pure subscription decide to stay. As you’d expect from an entrepreneurial bunch like us you will need a genuine personal drive, motivation and a self-starter attitude to be successful.
You will play a key role in the internal sales team, converting inbound calls to sales as well as targeting leads to deliver sales through outbound calls. You and the team will play a critical role in ensuring that all sales are converted to installation of WaterBars in customers’ homes.
You will also share responsibility for the 'save’ function making sure that any potential cancellations are convinced to renew their contracts. This is a targeted role, so only candidates with a genuine personal drive and motivation should apply.
