CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATOR - LEEDS

Salary: DOE

COMPANY: One of the largest label companies, our client serves the packaging and marketing industry on a global presence.

The full time permanent role is responsible for managing a portfolio of customers in a fast paced office environment where customer requirements can change on a daily basis, so the successful candidate will thrive on a challenge and work using their own initiative with attention to detail.

Responsibilities
* Daily Production List
* Set up jobs for production list
* Quotations using price matrix
* Follow up quotations
* Despatches
* Follow up despatches with client
* Answer telephone calls for the office
* Chase PO numbers
* Arrange for quotations from external suppliers
* Stock control with press room and mock-ups
* Ensure invoicing is sent through quickly to Jackie
* Keep Visitors book up to date
* Fire Roll Call list - daily
* Stock Ordering
* Purchase Orders
* Daily Work Intake List
* Filing
* General Office Tasks

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5:00.
