Sales Manager/Team Lead

Our client is a SaaS company that create award winning software for property industry and has experienced phenomenal growth since launching only four years ago. They are already a market leader and now need a high energy Sales Manager to help manage and grow their sales team.

Currently used in over 500,000 homes across the UK with further expansion in the UK and overseas. Their challenge is to ensure that its people, products and processes constantly and consistently delight existing clients, whilst attracting new businesses, fulfilling the potential that the amazing team, range of products and international markets offer.

The Role:

Your role will involve:

* Building and leading a team of Sales Executives to drive exceptional customer experience

*Achieving revenue goals

*Optimising the sales levers to produce the best possible close ratio

*Supporting the development of the sales strategy as part of the sales and company leadership team

*Providing product support, sales coaching and training to the sales team

*Conducting talent review sessions and driving a high performance culture

*Identifying, analysing and implementing process improvements

*Collaborating with finance to ensure accurate forecasting

*Combining data and insights leading to quick and effective decision making

Attributes Needed:

*Analytical mind

*Data driven

*Process oriented

*Strategic Thinking & Business Planning

*Coaching / Mentoring

*Outstanding communication and influencing skills

Attributes Preferred:

* Experience of using Salesforce or an equivalent CRM system

* Experience of running a high performing B2B SaaS sales team

* Experience of running a sales team across different geographies
