Provide an excellent high quality telephone service to house builders and potential mortgage customers and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To answer incoming calls for the Mortgage Helpline keeping call waiting times to a minimum
  • To follow the Helpline Agreement In Principle process and undertake calls to our customers and House Builders
  • To provide the highest level of service to our customers
  • To provide the highest level of service to our house builders
  • To follow the introductory stages of the Helpline Sales Process
  • To meet the agreed performance targets and standards
  • To ensure the requirements of the Data Protection Act are met
  • To provide administrative support to the Helpline operation
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required by the National Sales Development Director and Helpline Team Leaders and Management Team

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Confident telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • First rate customer service skills
  • Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
