This successful SEN Secondary school, found in Central London / East London, is a 16-19 Academy Free School offering alternative provision to mainstream education for learners aged 14 to 19. Over 16 different local authorities refer pupils who are aged 14 to 16 and are disengaged from, or at risk of disengaging from, mainstream education, for full-time or part-time education. A very high proportion of 16- to 19-year-olds attending the free school Provision have complex or significant personal, social or learning difficulties and most have few formal qualifications.

Premier Pathways is REVOLUTIONISING graduate teacher training. Long gone are the agonising University tuition costs, disruptive school changes and lackluster peer support regularly associated with the outdated traditional teacher training routes.

Premier Pathways can now offer Maths Graduates like you with a modern, innovative PGCE teacher training route. Developing within one-school environment at a comfortable rate over 2 years; earning whilst you train and paying zero university fees for your PGCE has finally been realised with this unique programme.

In association with the University of Buckingham, this exceptional programme sees Maths Graduates join a school of their own choosing as a Science Graduate Teaching Assistant and only adopt further responsibility once they have become comfortable within their surroundings. Working towards the delivery of 80% of a teacher timetable by the completion of the programme, the provision of a series of first class training, support and peer networking sessions will ensure every Premier Pathways trainee achieves this aim with consummate ease.

The requirements to join this new Teacher Training programme are:
*** Maths Graduate with a degree classified as 2:2 or above
*** Excellent academic record
*** Entrenched ambition of becoming a successful Maths Teacher
*** Held previous role working with young people (voluntary or paid)
*** No in-school experience required (although preferred)
