Your new role
Your New role is for a Building Fabric biased trades person with a focus in carpentry working on mobile contracts in the Wiltshire area, Swindon, Bath and Bristol. Working closely with a team of a operatives undertaking planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment, and building fabric within a commercial environment.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new role you will need to have a city & guilds / NVQ in Carpentry, Joinery, construction & building Or equivalent, experience in a similar field would be a benefit. A strong Health and Safety knowledge would be helpful. You will get the opportunity to deal with clients so will need to be well presented and friendly.
What you'll get in return
In return for all your hard work you will receive a salary of around £25,000 plus Van and will have the opportunity to work on a wide selection of contracts in a small geographical area. You will have the opportunity to work for a large FM provider that will give you access to interesting contracts and good career progression.
