We are currently resourcing for an exciting opportunity for a Business Analysis Manager to work for a rapidly expanding organisation that is committed to employee development.

The principal responsibilities of the role involve the line management of a team of 6 business analysts as well as business analysis. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include consulting & liaising with internal departments; defining & documenting customer business requirements; analysing requirements for new or upgraded systems; tracing and documenting changes; identifying areas in which business processes could be improved; preparing business cases and conducting impact analyses.

• A successful commercial track record in a Business Analysis capacity including the translation of user requirements into technical documentation & defining and mapping business processes including process re-engineering.
• Understanding of the entire project lifecycle, project management methodologies and workflow concepts & database structures
• Data & reports analysis
• Demonstrable team leading experience

• Business analysis or project management qualification
