Brief Outline:

Business Development Manager - Contact Cleaning - £40k to £50k - London. An excellent opportunity for an experienced B2B sells person to join a family run and managed organisation at a huge successfully time. Due the continued expansion of their market share and having won a number of prestigious accounts in the past 18 months, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to focus their efforts on the small to medium sized contracts.

My client has a strong presence in London and the Home Counties, they pride themselves on their high client satisfaction and is the measure of their success. They understand the need to continually evolve within a constantly changing and demanding market.

About the Role:

* Focusing on selling cleaning contracts worth between £30k - £250k contracts
* Working to high KPI'S
* Sourcing and developing your own appointments and opportunities as well as working from company generated leads
* Working closely with our Senior Management team specifically our Group Sales Director
* Liaising with our internal sales support function and bid team regarding on-going tender opportunities
* Building your own pipeline

About the Candidate:

* Prior experience of soft services would be helpful
* Knowledge of the contract cleaning would be beneficial
* You should have strong 'hunter' instincts
* You should be able to manage your own diary
* This role will suit someone who has strong commercial acumen

Points of Appeal:

* £40,000 Basic Salary + Commission
