This is a rare opportunity to join a national accountancy firm working with entrepreneurial and family owned business, in a non-audit tax focused role, as a Senior Manager. The firm are recognised for their expertise in advising private clients and their businesses, concentrating on personal and business finances.

You will manage a varied portfolio of clients on a day to day basis, looking after those clients’ needs, supervising staff and reporting directly to the various Partners. The position will also involve a number of one-off assignments and special work.

You will need to have relevant post qualification experience at senior manager level in general practice, with a tax focus. You will be comfortable, and ideally already have experience, working with wealthy families and private clients, the ability to advise at a strategic level would be an advantage.

This role will be client facing, you will need to have experience of managing a client portfolio direct to Partner and dealing directly with client staff.

This is a challenging position demanding confidence & professionalism backed up by strong technical skills. Being commercially minded and with the ability to identify client requirements will be key to the role.

You will ideally be ACA and/or CTA Qualified with professional experience in the private wealth and landed estates sector.
