Pensions Customer Service Advisor
We are currently recruiting for one of the UK’s leading provider within the Financial Service Industry. Our client specialises in Pensions and Retirement products. They are currently seeking a Pensions Customer Service Advisor to deliver a quality customer service to external and internal customers.
- To pro-actively handle inbound enquiries with the aim of booking appointments
- Make outbound Calls to follow up missed appointments
- Manage and maintain a diary system that ensures call- backs are well timed and delivered
- Provide a prompt, friendly and efficient initial point of contact for customers within a team based call centre environment
- Experience of handling inbound calls and fulfilling customer requirements and selling the Service & benefit of Appointments
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional qualifications would be an advantage though not essential
- Ability to apply technical knowledge to create practical and effective solutions
