Venator Accountancy & Finance is recruiting for our client, a growing organisation based in Bournemouth, Dorset. They are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their busy finance team. The role entails offering an efficient support function to the recruitment and office space business.

Reporting to the Office Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

*Processing of invoices
*Making payments via BACS & CHAPS
*Intercompany accounts and transactions
*Bank Reconciliations
*Accruals and prepayments
*Payroll processing via Sage 50

Based in Bournemouth, Dorset, the ideal candidate will be studying towards AAT (or equivalent) although qualified by experience candidates will also be considered. Departmental understanding of accounts up to management accounts level would be useful. Good attention to detail is required as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Sage would be an advantage.
