A rapidly growing FinTech business are looking for a Sales & Account Manager to join the Business Development team. You will be responsible for maximising long-term business relationships with existing international clients and identifying new ones. You will liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to successfully sell our solutions in addition to managing the client relationships.


Your contribution will drive expansion through:
• Be new and existing clients’ main point of contact:
- Managing and fostering long-term relationships with corporate clients
- Supporting new and prospective clients during the on-boarding journey
- Ensuring clients are kept up to speed with the latest product developments and innovations
- Managing clients incoming queries and helping clients navigate our payment platform


• Identify key leads within the client base to offer more comprehensive content proposals and solutions
• Identify and provide an analysis of customer feedback, process-improvement suggestions and the like to improve the customer experience
• Liaise with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs and requests as required

• Prospect for potential new clients by:
- Identifying and introducing new and prospective clients to the business and its products
- Building relationships with potential clients
- Ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities within our market and targeted geographical area
- Developing proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns and objectives

The Ideal Candidate
• Recent graduate with 1-2 year(s) of client facing (Sales, Account Management, Technical Presales) experience, preferably in the payments industry (prepaid cards would be ideal)
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and across functions
• Great intellectual agility and attention to detail
