Sheridan Maine are working exclusively with a client in Bristol who are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to manage the day to day Supplier Accounting function, reporting directly to the Financial Controller.

Key day to day responsibilities will include:
  • Monitoring invoices and suppliers.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Assisting the financial controller in budgetary control.
  • Dealing with 500+ invoices per month.
  • Nominal ledger.
  • Petty cash reconciliations.
The ideal candidate will have proven accounts experience within the purchase ledger function, Sage 200 software knowledge along with good attention to detail and excellent communications skills.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
