Creative CRM Manager
Location: Central London
£35,000 - £55,000 (DOE)
This is an opportunity that you really dont want to miss... this is an opportunity to join an world renounded organisation based in the heart of London! You will be in charge with creating, planning and managing the customers journey within one of the markets leading products.
You will work closely with the product team, implementing new features and requirements that will increase the success and popularity of an already successful product.
As a successful CRM Manager, you need to be data and KPI driven and understand how to drive towards data proven results. You will need to be a self-starter, takes initiative, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast paced, changing environment as well as a Team Player who is well articulated.
- 1 year experience running CRM management in a relevant industry: F2P and social Casino games preferred
- Experience in mobile and Facebook games preferred.
- Experience managing retention channels: emails, push notifications etc.
- Detail oriented with focus on delivering results
- Analytical and data driven
- Experience running AB (split) tests
- Great coordination and planning skills
- Graduate degree in Science, Math, Economics, Business or other relevant department.
