This isn't just any Graduate Sales Executive role and perhaps you have never made the connection between Sales and Recruitment? However, sales is a critical element within recruitment. You will be making business development calls to potential and existing clients. Arranging face to face client meetings to explore sales opportunities, secure business and take job briefs. You will also have the opportunity to sell a range of media advertising packages to support recruitment campaigns.

Both our product and our client have a mind and voice of their own. As a result, you will need to use all your relationship, sales and persuasion skills to really understand both parties motivations and ensure both side's briefs are being met. Our role is not just matching candidates with clients - it's about sales - selling the company you are working with to the candidates, influencing the client as to who are the best candidates on the market and why, and identifying and overcoming the concerns of both parties. No two days are the same. From candidate generation, cold calling, job generation and meetings to arranging interviews, closing a deal and finding someone their dream job, there are never enough hours in the day.

Job Offer

£20k basic starting salary (negotiable for more experienced applicants) + commission (uncapped) + target based salary increases + benefits
