Internal Sales Executive

£20,000 plus £5,000 - £6,000 commission

East London (Bethnal Green area)

We want our customers to be pleasantly surprised by how easy and helpful contacting us is. We are looking for a highly skilled, articulate Internal Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will be looking for a role within a prestigious company, with a strong desire to have a long and successful career.

The role is largely converting inbound calls to Sales, however there is also outbound calls to be made when following up with customers who have inquired about the product range. This is a targeted role, so only candidates with a genuine personal drive and motivation should apply.

Internal Sales Executive Role

£20,000 + £5,000/6,000 OTE

Job Spec for the Internal Sales Executive

- Converting inbound sales calls

- Following up on inbound leads (no cold-calling)

- Responsible for handling the whole order-to-install process

- Scheduling installation appointments

- Handling cancellation calls

- Hitting monthly and quarterly KPIs in order to maximise commission

Person Spec for the Internal Sales Executive

- Target driven

- Confident with a positive, cheery attitude

- Willing to work hard (and play hard!)

- Excellent, polite phone manner

- Experience with Telesales is ideal
