We have some great opportunities, for Care Assistants ideally with some experience although full training can be given, to join a great team, in a high quality Care Home, based in Brentwood, Essex. The role is 36 hours per week comprising of 3 x 12 hour shifts on a rota basis. Part time (24 hours per week) is also available, in a permanent capacity, with holiday pay and enhanced pay rates for weekend working.

As a Care Assistant and valued member of staff, you will assist in the provision of high quality care to service users and work as part of a team to achieve the required high standards of care. You will ensure the safety, well-being and comfort of the residents is paramount. You will be involved in all general activities of the Care Home and be a co-worker for a group of residents by liaising with families to ensure that the residents have adequate toiletries, personal clothes etc. You will be an ambassador for the company and have a genuine interest and empathy with older people and people with dementia. You will have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written and have a real "can-do" attitude and be caring, motivated, and enjoy being part of a team.

Your rates of pay will be regularly revised, with enhanced rates for weekend working. The home is set in the beautiful countryside of Essex and operates a subsidised transport service for it's valued staff to and from the local station, if required.
