We are currently looking for a Technical Services Manager to work in Stockport. This is a permanent position working with a fantastic organisation that is well established and operates on a national basis. In summary the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team of technical support staff whilst providing technical expertise to customers and internal teams. You will also be responsible for pre sales activities supporting clients through to fulfilment of orders. The successful candidate will ideally come from a telecommunications background and have experience in providing support with Traditional fixed line, IP telephony and ideally have PBX (NEC) and hosted telephone systems.
Duties will include -
- Leading and managing a small technical customer support team.
- Providing technical customer support to customers.
- Dealing with all customer escalations.
- Providing pre sales customer support through to fulfilment of orders.
- Staff 121's
- Dealing with all associated administration duties
Candidate Must -
- Have Traditional Fixed telephony line experience and ideally have experience working with IP telephony, PBX (NEC) and hosted telephone systems.
- Have Business to Business customer service experience.
- Be capable of managing a small team ensuring the team stay motivated and driven to complete daily tasks.
- Be able to build strong working relationships with customers.
- Be able to work under pressure and be able to prioritise own workload.
Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Salary - £25000 to £3000 per annum depending on experience
