Business Development Executive - B2B Sales

Business Development Executive / Business Development Officer / Sales Executive / B2B Sales / OTE £35k

Sales and Business Development Executive needed by our client, a dynamic, modern and motivated healthcare company where you can become a leader amongst the team and deliver best in class sales and service delivery.

They are a market leader in the Physiotherapy and Pilates industry. The health group has 3 divisions of treatment centres, education and products. This role is within the education team and requires an articulate, driven and self-motivated individual who can show great business to business sales innovation and service delivery.

The Business Development Executive manages our client's 'host' program whereby they partner with local health centres, private enterprise or large hospital chains to deliver their educational program to these sites. You will be in charge of a portfolio of existing clients as well as guiding new clients through the program. This dynamic and challenging role is largely self-managed (reporting to the education divisional manager) and target driven. You will also be required to be part of the sales/customer service team.

Skills / Experience:

  • Some experience in sales or business development is desirable.
  • Knowledge or experience in the health industry / education industry / NHS is desirable
  • Target driven and self motivated

They are looking for the right person to take on this aspect of the business and make it their own. As such they are offering a fixed salary of £25,000 pa (depending on experience) plus 5% of all new business delivered. (This should see your remuneration circa £30,000 - £35,000 pa).
