URGENTLY REQUIRED - MARKETING MANAGER (FMCG) Our client is the absolute leader nationally in their industry and they are now looking to become the world leader in their field. They already have a presence and export to over 50 countries and they now need an innovative, assertive and self-motivated Marketing professional to join the team and shake things up so that they can take their next steps.
You will be an "ideas person" who can motivate and mentor what is currently a small team but will grow in line with your successes.
You will have a demonstrable portfolio of achievements and be confident in discussing how your activity translated into business leads /revenue.
You will have the ability to convince stakeholder of how your ideas and activity will help to support the growth of the business. In return your ideas will receive financial support and board level backing.
You will have the autonomy to take control of all marketing activity and coordinate with sales and the technical areas of the business to bring the company's innovations to life for existing and potential clients.
You will have the ability to learn quickly, specifically around the company's product range and be able to coordinate the communication around new projects as well as mentoring the sales team and providing them with the relevant tools and materials to take them to the market.
You will drive this innovation within Marketing across printed and digital materials.
The confidence to make presentations internally and to clients is essential.
You will capitalise on Social Media, other web based content and the company's ecommerce activities.
You will possess excellent spelling and grammatical abilities.
