* Are you currently an experienced Architectural Technician with a passion for interior design and also on-site project management?
* Would you be interested in taking charge of some exciting projects such as; Garden Centres, Restaurants, Retail, Green Spaces, Leisure and Heritage?
* Are you living within a 20 mile radius of Telford, Shropshire (or have a strong desire to relocate here)?
* You must also have excellent understanding of CDM and UK Building Regulations

If so, we have an amazing new opportunity based in Telford, for an Architectural Technician/ Project Manager to join a brilliant multi-disciplinary practice on a permanent basis. Within this excellent position, you will get the chance to lead and manage a variety of projects including; Garden Centres (including the retail, offices, restaurants within), Heritage and Leisure.

This Architectural Technician/ Project Manager (CDM Regulations) role would suit someone who is:

* Already qualified as an Architectural Technician with a passion for Architectural and Interior Design and on-site experience of running projects
* An experienced architectural designer with on site project management experience within a commercial environment
* Someone who has a mix of experience within Interior Design and Architecture who is looking for a career move where they can incorporate both sectors and progress within their career

Requirements for this Architectural Technician/ Project Manager (CDM Regulations) position:

* Excellent demonstrable experience within a similar role (leisure/ commercial/ retail/ garden centres) including project management and client liaison.
* Be able to produce detailed designs as well as manage projects on site
* Be able to mentor more junior members of the design team
* Creative mind and superb eye for detail
* Excellent understanding of the CDM and UK Building Regulations
* An ability to carefully analyse problems, in order to generate appropriate solutions
* The ability to plan, prioritise and organise workload
