Our client is offering a fantastic opportunity to join their professional and welcoming organisation as a New Homes Sales Advisor.

Candidates will ideally posses "New Homes" sales and customer service experience, however the client will consider candidates with excellent face to face sales and customer service experience with impeccable presentation and with passion to work in this industry.

The client is looking for a bright, articulate individual, ideally with a great academic background, driven to achieve and full of enthusiasm.

Salary is between £25,000 - 30,000 and is dependant on experience. An achievable minimum yearly OTE of £18,000 can be achieved and commission is uncapped. You can also earn 150% of the exchange rate if you have achieved 100% of target.

Advisors have the opportunity every 6 months at their performance review to discuss key competencies in order to potentially take their ISM qualification which can in turn be rewarded with an annual salary increase.

Mileage is paid beyond the first 15 miles and £250 will be paid to Sales Advisors twice each year to use as payment for work clothing in line with company branding.

Working 5 days per week to include Saturdays and Sundays with two days off in the week and the occasional evenings in the summer period, showrooms are also open across the Bank Holidays and are a peak time for visitors.

This is an extremely varied position dealing with the entire sales process from initial enquiry right up until exchange to include; viewings for a wide range of properties, liaising with Solicitors/ IFA's, dealing with telephone and website enquires and to explain technical drawings with customers to ensure no miss- selling.

Candidates will have a bright, cheerful disposition with the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel effectively. Must be well spoken and presentable with a flexible attitude to work. A 'people-person' with the ability to interrogate and negotiate whilst providing the highest level of customer service.

Daily duties:

* Apply effective selling skills in order to exceed required profitable sales for the region
* Set up and maintain the presentation of the sales areas to the highest standard
* Effectively manage all customers and deliver excellent customer service
* Generate potential sales leads in addition to those created by marketing activity
* Maximise the use of the telephone as a sales tool
* Research the marketplace, including second-hand comparables and use the data to sell above the competition
* Progress secured reservations to completions and ensure a smooth journey for the customer and the company within the appropriate time scales
* Anticipate and manage the threat of cancellation and minimise cancellation rates
* Effectively manage and resolve any customer complaints
* Work as a participative member of the sales team to ensure that the site is effectively managed and information is widely shared
* Actively focus on self-development and promote the continuous development of selling and sales management skills
* Effectively manage a sales database to optimise sales opportunities through the effective use of COINS
* Effectively manage, including the use of available IT and software packages, all sales administration in order to ensure that correct reporting is provided to the regional office
* Represent the organisation to the highest professional standards of business
* Work within Health and Safety regulations so ensuring the safety of themselves and others
* Work weekends and bank holidays as well as having flexibility within normal working hours
* Responsible for the administration of the sales complex and liaising with purchasers/prospective purchasers and estate agentsHours: 9.30am - 5.30pm (Site opening and closing hours are 10.00am - 5.00pm).

Location: Candidates will ideally reside with easy access to the M11 corridor. There are several sites to cover and a candidate residing in the Bishops Stortford location would have great access to all sites.
