As a Packing Assistant you will handle the distribution of glasses and schedules to our mobile staff and products to our clients as well as general office duties.


• Pack glasses according to schedules provided (match specs to the
schedule and log out on computer).
• Respond to incoming telephone calls as necessary
• Distribute stationery to all field staff
• To search computerised patient records, checking patient details and
demographics and amending when required
• Having the ability to take and transfer calls from other professionals to
the most appropriate source
• During busy periods, use knowledge, experience and questioning skills
to prioritise workload
• To promote best practice in the office
• To identify and satisfy all patient queries by using own initiative,
ensuring patient delight
• To be competent in the management and recording of information as
• Maintain high standards at all times of personal appearance,
timekeeping, attendance and respect of company property
• To understand and adhere at all times to company Health and Safety
• Operate in line with company policies and procedures
• Dismantle spectacles when require
• Put spectacles away once checked
• Any other reasonable requests that may be made from time to time
