Charteris Consultancy Group are exclusively recruiting for a business who provides 3D software and content creation tools for some of the most exciting creative studios in the entertainment industry. As an authority in industry specific technology they work with innovative and inspirational clients leading the way in games, design visualisation, film and TV. Clients include, Blue zoo, Dyson Research and Nissan Motor Manufacturing.

With a head office situated in Surrey run by 3 directors and a team consisting of 12 full time staff, it is a privately owned company with expansion plans in place this year and beyond.

Main Purpose of the Job:

To develop and manage the internal sales team. Analyse and improve the sales department processes and systems. Deepen the commercial knowledge of the internal sales team.

Job Description:


You will be required to lead the internal sales team to deliver the Company sales targets and company KPIs, working with the management team to improve sales and business processes. You will have previous experience of monitoring complex sales deals and able to ensure the deal structure is agreed with the finance and technical departments, improve where applicable.


• Build workflows to ensure customers on the sales database are contacted regularly.
• Expand the customer database.
• Assist with developing customer pricing strategies.
• Initiate and execute telesales and telemarketing campaigns.
• Assist with marketing campaigns.
• Build good customer relationships.
• If required, execute complex sales deals.
• Review and help to update the company T & Cs.

Internal sales staff development and training

• Monitor and improve the performance of the internal sales team.
• Liaise with HR on staff issues arising out of internal sales staff meetings.
• In conjunction with HR review and improve annual staff performance reviews.
• Arrange appropriate training for the internal sales team.
• Design measurable KPIs for the internal sales team.
• Produce a succession plan.
• Design a bonus scheme for the internal sales team
