Job Title: National Account Manager

Salary: Up to £45,000 +15% Bonus

Location: High Wycombe, Marlow, Maidenhead, Hurley, Slough, Henley-on-Thames

Evolve Recruitment are currently seeking a National Account Manager to help develop the e-commerce channels for our client who are a well-established, large, reputable organisation with a strong presence in its industry sector. Key Responsibilities:

* You will be responsible for the e-commerce channels of the business
* Able to work under your own initiative to coordinate and implement growth strategy and focus on profitable sales growth.
* Building relationships with key customers and develop new clients for the business
* Maximise turnover and profitability with existing accounts to achieve overall targets
* Identify new opportunities for business grown within existing and new accounts
* Provide timely forecasting figures with monthly turnover estimates in line with budget and target expectations
* Communicate regularly with all internal stakeholders including management, finance, logistics, and other departments to keep them up to date with key developments in accounts as well as any market intelligence
* Identify market trends and explore alternative distribution channels to further grow the trade business and drive our products within the UK & Ireland.
* Working with Marketing teams to develop strategic promotional and product plans to achieve designated sales and profitability targets
* To carry out other ad hoc responsibilities that may be requested by the Line Manager

Key Skills:

* Strong sales experience gained in a relevant industry (FMCG (non-food), Trade, DIY, Housewares preferable)
* A proven track record for sales success within the e-commerce arena
* Strong selling and negotiation skills to help build business relations
* Passion and enthusiasm for the brand
* Ability to think strategically and in consideration of the bigger picture
* Strong analytical skills
* Working with colleagues closely to ensure all targets are met
* Good time management skills including co-ordination of multiple projects
* Work with little supervision and to tight deadlines
* Commitment to excellent customer service and solid product knowledge
* Good communication skills, both written and oral
* A strong knowledge of office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
* UK and some European travel may be required
* A relevant sales and marketing qualification is desirable
