The Graduate Business Development Executive will work closely with and learn from senior sales managers in order to build and maintain an active customer base. You`ll strategically generate leads, identifying key decision makers before calling through to them to discuss how the company can help them. As well as scheduling business appointments, you`ll also develop rapport with existing accounts, managing relationships in order to obtain repeat spend. The successful candidate will also support the commercial team so as to develop new business opportunities.

The Role:

- Work closely with and learn from senior sales managers to garner an extensive knowledge of the marketplace and company
- Identify and uncover new business and prospective clients, calling through to and emailing them to schedule new business meetings
- Manage the entire business cycle, developing rapport in order to ensure repeat spend
- Support the commercial team so as to develop new sales opportunities
- Attend appointments with new and existing accounts
