Our client is a major player within the Smart Metering / Multi Utility sector who seeks to recruit a Technical Sales Manager to join their existing business.

As part of a wide group, our client is a successful brand and continually looks at new revenue streams to build upon their client portfolio.

Reporting to the General Manager, the key duties of this role will include:
• Maintaining and developing existing and new relationships, whilst promoting all areas of the wider business
• Develop, implementation and management of relationships to ensure our client maintain a regular and adequate flow of business
• Responsible for the management and production of customer account related internal and external reports and for the effective use of these reports to deliver against associated service levels
• Delivery against the budgets and sales targets
• Represent the business at exhibitions and fairs

The ideal candidate will possess the following key skills:
• Strong technical background across Engineering/Utilities/ Infrastructure sector
• Proven Sales track record across existing and new business
• Excellent communication, problem solving and written skills
• Self-Starter who can work on their own initiative
• Excellent relationship builder
