Specification Sales Manager

In this new and exciting role, you will be instrumental in supporting and driving the specification of Nuance with a focus in the hospitality, care home and private developer markets. You will work closely with our experienced, fast paced internal Specification Business Co-ordinators and will be responsible for attending key appointments with architects and interior designers generated by the team. In addition, you will be meeting with main contractors, housebuilders, clients and local authorities as well as seeking to maximise the opportunity for our kitchen worksurface brands.

You will be responsible for generating a number of your own appointments and the experience you will bring of these sectors will be a real advantage, particularly the hospitality sector. You will confidently deliver CPD material, attend specification appointments and write NBS specifications as well as attend site visits where required.

Based in the South, you will have a relentless drive for results and a positive attitude, and continually seek to identify and maximise opportunities to grow business.

Key Deliverables

· Deliver CPD material to Architects and Interior Designers with a view to securing and writing NBS specifications.

· Identify key Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, clients and contacts on the territory and gain appointments to introduce the product range.

· Proactively develop new business opportunities in the area to support the Internal Specification Team.

· Support specification development with attendance at key events and exhibitions.

· Work to meet and exceed agreed targets and KPIs.

· Carry out accurate site surveys where necessary.

· Other duties as the role develops.
