A leading manufacturer based on the outskirts of Sheffield, have a permanent opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a small but growing team. Due to an influx of additional work, a new position has become available.

The role will involve the following:

• Preparing estimates & quotations via customer enquiries
• Processing customer purchase orders
• Dealing with incoming sales & enquiries
• Following up the progress of existing quotations
• Assist in order despatch and transport
• Generate reports using MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint
• Liaise with staff members and senior personnel

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/experience:

• Excellent communication & numerical skills
• The ability to work as part of a small team
*A manufacturing background ideally within a sales order processing role is desired
• Good working knowledge of MS word Excel & Outlook
• Very good organisation skills
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Very adaptable and able to deal with varying tasks
• Drivers Licence preferred

• Salary up to £22K depending on experience
* Monday – Thursday: 8.15am – 5.00pm (45 minutes lunch break)
• Friday – 8.15am – 2.15pm (30 minutes lunch break)
