JobTitle: Senior Sales Account Manager - Copier / MFD Solutions
Territory: Kent
Basic: £25k - £35k (£25,000 rising to £30k after 3 months and then to £35k after 6-9 months)
OTE: £80,000 - £90,000 uncapped

This role would ideally suit a current Senior Account Manager in the MFD industry who has experience of mentoring / managing other account manager(s) whilst carrying their own target and who is looking to progress their career very quickly into Sales Management and grow a team

Current Quota Bearing Sales Managers would also be suitable and the salary range for this level would be circa £35k.

Role:

-Opportunity to join one of the UK's leading and rapidly growing copier / MFD resellers who sell a range of Copiers, Printers, Multi-Functional Devices and related Document Management Software solutions
-In this role you will work alongside the Regional Director and support him in the success of the team as well as carrying your own GP target
-Take full responsibility of the regional team in the Regional Directors absence
-60% new business approximately selling mainly into the SME marketplace
-You will help mentor, train and develop the team and do field accompaniments
-Fantastic earning potential and career development
-You will earn your own commission as well as earning an additional % commission of the teams' performance based on overall Gross Profit

Candidate Requirements:

- All candidates MUST have at least 3 years experience gained from within the Copier / MFD industry as a Senior Account Manager that has carried their own personal GP target selling out in the field as well as being able to mentor a team
-Current quota bearing Field Sales Managers will also be suitable and the basic salary will be negotiable for this level
-Candidates must have stable career backgrounds
-Must be money hungry and very target driven
-The desire to mentor and develop their sales team and share best practice etc
-Hardworking, proactive, energetic and ambitious people need only apply
- Proven track record
-You must have a new business hunter mentality
