Legal Secretary job based in central Exeter, full time and permanent

Your new company
A leading west country law firm based in central Exeter are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Private Client team on a permanent full time bases.

Your new role
You will provide first class administrative support to the partners, as well as;

* Diary management which involves coordinating seminars, arranging meetings and organising conferences.
* Responsible for the new enquiries for the team and take specific information from potential new clients,
* Produce invoices, day-to-day excessive hardcopy and electronic filing,
* Attend meetings and document management such as draft own correspondences, attendance notes and take instructions of digital dictation

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous legal support/secretary experience within the Private client sector. You must have exceptional communication skills and work well towards strict deadlines and targets. You must have the ability to multi-task and work using your own initiative as well as working well within a team environment.;
