Our Warrington based client - an ambitious and expanding financial services company, is looking for an experienced Support Analyst to join their team. They take their people development seriously and give their staff a lot of opportunity to really develop themselves and build an excellent career path. The IS team provides professional support to over 300 users and you would get involved in all aspects of the operational support for the IT infrastructure.

In this role you can expect to provide first-class IT support throughout the business by using your troubleshooting skills to help resolve your co-workers technical issues. The position also provides an opportunity to improve your Microsoft skills and gain the relevant qualifications.

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication and customer service skills, enjoys problem-solving and above all, is passionate about what they do!

Main duties to include:

- Logging and prioritising issues and technical queries
- Accurately managing and maintaining internal records
- Managing customer expectations in regards to the resolution of issues
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with business hardware and software
- Resolving support requests
- Deployment of new hardware and software
- Providing end user support/training where necessary

We are looking for:

- Experience in an IT Support role
- Knowledge of; general hardware and software troubleshooting, SQL administration, VM Ware, MS Exchange, Active Directory, CRM or Dynamics Navision
- Experience of using desktop operating systems such as Windows 7 and Office 2013
- Understanding of networks, virtualization and telephony
- A pro-active approach to problem-solving
- An exceptional degree of customer service; ensuring that the end users benefit from clear communications and effective resolution
- Someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and easily adapt to change
- Willingness to learn and develop

In return you can expect:

- Salary: £18 - £23k
- Hours: 37.5 - Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm
- Holidays: 23 days (rising to 27 with length of service) + Bank Holidays
- Various other benefits
