Workday Compensation + Benefits Consultant

You will tak ownership of several projects within the Workday system. Day-to-day management, support and configuration. Provide support on all Workday matters to the EMEA business and HR functions.

* Day-to-day management of the Workday system, including but not limited to system support, trouble shooting, configuration, testing and training.
* Sponsor on Workday system development for and business process configuration for EMEA.
* Contact for EMEA on all Workday matters, including liaising with Head Office, Asia and the Americas, and active involvement on implementation of global Workday initiatives for EMEA.
* Manage Workday change requests and oversee execution.
* Design and configuration of reporting for EMEA through collaboration with each local office and division, including but not limited to reporting design, development and overseeing production.
* Data champion for EMEA, including data ownership, validation and clean up (creating reports, analysis of data and uploading data).
* Design Workday system security support and management.
* Configuration of integrations and support on downstream systems, aiding when required for legacy system decommission.

Technical skills required include:

* Design, configure and audit the compensation and benefit modules in Workday
* Design, configure and audit the advanced compensation module.

* Workday technical specialist experience.
* Knowledge of HR processes and workflows.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Good level of numeracy.
