The Role

• Create and execute business plans with all distributors
• Create and manage sales and technical enablement programs
• Work closely with Field and Channel marketing teams to drive campaigns into the end users and resellers
• Establish marketing initiatives that will increase pipeline
• Meeting new logo, new deal and reseller recruitment goals
• Create a strong sell-through, low-touch, run-rate business
• Leverage technology partner relationships to drive alignment in the channel and increased up-sell through joint campaigns
• Create and execute regular Business Reviews, distributor sales kickoff, training, etc.
• Adapt to growing and changing market forces while maintaining strategic focus
• Ensure reseller alignment with key technology partners


• Ideally five+ years managing EMEA distribution for a network, security or cloud company
• Demonstrated success in go to market across EMEA with existing and new distribution partners
• Strong Sales, marketing and business background
• Experience in creating and driving programs through distribution
• Understanding channel drivers for growth
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Able to travel internationally
