My client are a non-profit organisation who are seeking an experienced hands-on Salesforce professional to maintain and maximise efficiency of the system.

Responsibilities:
- Create, enhance and maintain reports, workflows and dashboards
- Configuration
- Design and create user profiles
- Systems documentation
- Provide training to users
- Act as support for queries
- Modify and customise system development/implementations
- Occasional travel to other nationwide offices- mainly Harrogate

Key requirements:
- Commercial experience working with Salesforce
- Good knowledge of the functionality of Salesforce
- Strong ability to create reports, workflows and dashboards
- Strong configuration skills
- Good communication skills
- Good team player
- Efficient in understanding and analysing business requirements
