2nd Line Support Engineer, with a current clean driving licence and own vehicle is required for an exciting opportunity to join an IT Service Provider, based in Weybridge, Surrey. Although the main base of work will be in Weybridge, the 2nd Line Support engineer will spend a large amount of time on client sites, mainly in North London and Buckinghamshire. Our client is looking for candidates with a proven track record working in client facing roles, supporting users on the following technologies:

- MS windows 7, 8 and 10 (providing support on desktop and server)
- Anti-virus solutions – SOPHOS or ESET
- MS Office
- Active Directory 2008 and 2012 (user creation)
- MS Exchange (2010, 2013 and 2016), performing basic administration

Working hours: our client operates a 6 week rota, as follows:

One week 7am to 3.30pm
Every 4 weeks 9am to 5.30pm
One week 10.30am to 7.00pm

Candidates will also be required to be on-call for which extra payment is given.
