Our Client, a provider of training, skills, recruitment & consultancy for growth, are looking for a highly competent Compliance Administrator to join our rapidly expanding business. You will assist the compliance team in inputting and auditing learner/employer information onto the learner management system (PICs) and record any actions.

Day to day duties will include the following:
• Report writing and the maintenance of records
• Administrative duties, such as the use of PICSs system
• Adhering to the ESFA rules during your work and ensure any updates to these are reflected in your duties
• Accurate data entry and use of the Learner Management Systems
• Be aware of sensitive areas of confidentiality and ensure data protection at all times
• The encouragement and motivation of people on all levels

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
• Organisational, presentational, and communication
• You will have strong administrative experience, ideally gained within an educational environment, with an understanding of PICs and Learner Management Systems
• Computer skills- to include advanced level of word; PowerPoint, e-portfolios and on-line registration and certification systems and management information systems such as Pics
• You will have a working knowledge of the ESFA Funding rules or at least be familiar with the rulings and have the ability to quickly learn updates and changes
• You will have the ability to prioritise, plan, and work to deadlines
• You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be confident in dealing with external agencies on the telephone
• To be able to work on own initiative and maturity but also able to work as a team player
• To demonstrate effective time management, planning and organisational skills
• Ability to build a strong working relationship with colleagues, learners and employers; demonstrating outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Absolute attention to detail and be able to think outside the box
